Why, oh why, did Lee ever become a writer?

At the dawn of Lee there were campfires and card tables, around which Lee’s family would gather to tell wild stories. Lee sat, open-mouthed (and probably drooling), as these stories flared to life in his mind, every detail vibrant. Those were the sparks. Piers Anthony was the fire. Picking up his books transported Lee to various worlds where he magicked so hard.

Thanks Piers, now Lee has imaginary sword fights in his underwear with the curtains open, talking to people that don’t exist. His 3 year old son Calvin watches him, unimpressed.

Lee believes that we are the stories we tell ourselves, so why not make it an adventure? Preferably one with good villains and bad heroes, unexpected twists that you really should have seen coming, and real tears when we have to say goodbye to our favorite characters.

Email Lee. When he’s not mashing the keyboard and making word soup, he’s staring at his computer screen waiting for his acceptance letter to Hogwarts—even though he really doesn’t have the grades. So why not drop him a line? Go on, you know you want to...
